| Brief Description of Services Provided: | Grace House offers an integrated recovery program for men who want to live free from the harmful effects of alcohol and other drugs, and who are willing to engage in their own recovery program. We provide an 11-bed residence for men recovering from addictionswith a 90-day intensive treatment program to help men in recovery prepare to rejoin their communities. The program includes counselling, daily educational sessions, basic information and referral to other agencies. The program also provides a structured opportunity for clients to practice life skills through the Odd Job Squad, which provides services to seniors in the Drumheller area. Residents are required to work a 12-Step program of recovery and to complete their Fifth Step while at Grace House. Up to seven 12-Step meetings per week are available for men to attend, with some meetings compulsory. |

| Restrictions or Exclusions Criteria: | Residents must be physically capable of working on the Odd Job Squad. Recovery Meetings are attended most evenings. Residents are encouraged to dedicate considerable personal time to working on their own program of recovery and may also avail themselves of recreational facilities in the community. |
