| Brief Description of Services Provided: | Expecting to Quit is a free six-week series to help expectant and new mothers to cut down or quit smoking. Participants learn about the challenges, the process of quitting, reducing stress, managing cravings and overcoming obstacles, and get support from the facilitator and the group. |
