| Brief Description of Services Provided: | Best Beginning have Social Workers who provide preliminary counselling regarding addictions and prepare women for treatment. Expecting to Quit is a free four-session program to help pregnant women or new mothers to reduce or quit smoking. Talk and support is provided while participants learn about hte process of quitting: managing cravings, reducing stress, and overcoming obstacles. |
