| Brief Description of Services Provided: | The Calgary Health Region Eating Disorder Program provides a continuum of care spanning promotion, prevention, early intervention, treatment, follow-up, and specialized services for all ages. The program provides outpatient, day treatment, and inpatient services to individuals suffering from anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. Each patient will work with members of the program staff, and community resources as appropriate. Family physicians, therapists, and other professionals that are involved with the patient are all included within the treatment and recovery process.

| Special Populations: | Patients seen at the CEDP are moderate to severe, and are diagnosed with either Anorexia, Bulimia Nervosa or Eating Disorder NOS as outlined in the DSM. |
| Referral Process: | Referral from family physician is mandatory- Fax in physician referral forms. |
